Fun read Selda! I had used the Loci method before but had set it aside. I'm going to pull it out and dust it off.

Regarding the list. I did okay. I'll do better next time!

Thanks so much for reading and commenting Donna!

I’m so pleased that you enjoyed it and you gave the list a go!

I’ve found it harder to use the loci method than the storytelling method, but I guess the beauty is that we can use what works best for us.

I think maybe it’s easier to remember that one because you make it up.

Also, with two little ones running around my house is permanently upside down these days 🫣

Our roles reverse over the years. My kid is now my 80yo hubs. Not that he is mentally diminished, he deals with pain and men deal poorly with pain.

I've always said that if we reversed roles and men gave birth, it would be out built-in population control :-D

I think I'll make that last sentence a note that I bet will get a lot of view! What do you think about that, Selda?

An enjoyable and helpful article. I always have so many things on my mind I forget a lot. I am going to try the story technique

Thank you Karen! I like the storytelling method, it’s a bit easier for me to process.

Did you have a go at the list?

Good luck with it, please let me know if you use these methods successfully!

Thank you for reading and commenting!
