You have created an incredible program. I agree with Wasim, who discussed how helpful this tool can be and gave me a chance to accomplish it. I think this is going to be an incredible tool. I think so many people will be able to gain so much. I don't know if you are available to answer some questions. My practice is complicated, and I have Adhd. I wondered if it would work with Google.
I would love something like this, but I think my practice is too complicated for my craziness. Besides other employees, I consolidate five calendars and have a main calendar in an electronic record. Depending on where a client comes from, it must be put in their and my primary calendars. Years ago, your software would have been perfect.
This article is a great reflection and it reveals something powerful about the psychology of achievement: it’s not just about ticking boxes but about the interplay between accomplishment, motivation, and growth. This cycle represents more than an addiction to productivity; it’s a self-reinforcing loop that builds resilience, fosters a growth mindset, and shapes identity.
When we embrace the process of creating, we redefine ourselves not as doers but as makers, constantly evolving through the act of finishing what we start. However, there’s another layer: the ability to pause and savor these moments. True mastery lies not just in moving forward but in celebrating the journey - balancing drive with reflection. This equilibrium is where we transform productivity into fulfillment, ensuring that every task completed leaves us more energized, not depleted.
Selda, this is a great post and one that resonates. I did a daily fitness challenge last year and I got a kick out of how many items on your list I ended up doing, some without realizing it. Great list!
Ha! That’s amazing small world stuff. Please tell me about your daily push-ups that your family does. I did a bunch of push-ups last year, # of push-ups for each day of the year. Gets hard toward the end. My most recent post is about it.
Far as which of your tips I don’t do… I should prob add in some visuals. Even something like a simple calendar with the # of minutes writing would prob help beyond the log I keep. I could see it on my desk. Simple but would be better than notes.

Thank you so much Karen. I think this is just the start of how powerful this technology can be.
I’m happy to try and answer any of your questions.
Re Google- yes it does work with Google. This particular example connects to Google Calendar.

Thanks Karen. I’ve sent you a DM about this. Let me know your thoughts!

Thank you Wasim!
Yes constant evolution is in our DNA, we might as well make the most of it!

That’s amazing Matt! What was your challenge?
We like to do the daily push-ups challenge in our house.
Are there any you haven’t done yet but are going to try?
