Great topic Selda. I’ve always wondered why it’s sometimes easy to get in a flow state and sometimes difficult. So far the only substance I’ve taken is coffee. That does seem to help a lot

I’m glad that works for you. Coffee gives me heart palpitations. I had to stop drinking it about 11 years ago. Or maybe it was just the stress that did it. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Could be a combination. I never drink more than 4 espresso a day. Usually just one early in the morning and then one more around 11am. I do also do detoxes now and then for 2-3 weeks. Just because my body builds up a tolerance and then I stop noticing the effects

Wow 4 a day! I couldn’t even handle 1 coffee and 1 tea. It’s good that you do regular detoxes. Does that include fasting or simply cutting caffeine down?

I have done a fast now and then but didn't notice any benefits...apart form a head ache so i just do coffe detoxes now and then

Cool. Apparently 17 hours fasting activates autophagy, where your cells start to renew themselves. I haven’t tried it yet, but want to!
