Great points, Selda! I have always believed that the process is more important than just looking at the goal. Loved hearing your article. Let;s stay connected.
Your post makes some great points, Selda. Sometimes the most important conversations with others are not about what the work is, but how it was done. This may unlock new approaches and realize new tools to accomplish tasks. This is especially true in science, especially in departments where work is siloed.
I'm glad that this article has resonated with you.
I agree the morning is a great opportunity to set the tone for the day.
After mine starts with screaming children and hectically getting them out to nursery / school, then I can sit down to meditate for 17 minutes and this practice really grounds me ready for the day ahead.
Thank you. It’s harder to meditate when you’ve already started your day. Much easier if it’s the first thing you do each day, but when your mornings are as hectic as ours you’ve got to bend the rules sometimes. 💪
Nicely written, short and concise, thanks for sharing, Selda.
Thanks so much for reading and commenting Qi Bing. I hope you're doing well!

Thanks so much for reading and commenting Anshul! You’re right, the ‘how’ is super important.

Thank you for reading and engaging Matt.
You’re right, it is particularly prevalent in businesses where siloed working is commonplace.
Turns out there are far more of them than we realise!
